Through the implementation of this project, we aimed to enhance existing programs and bring about change in the communication of adults from rural areas within the School for Parents in Rural Areas Program, with the indirect beneficiaries being the children of the participating adults. We sought to develop training courses for novice teachers in the fields of inclusion and tolerance by organizing workshops and interactive sessions using innovative digital skills.
Our project took place in a context where non-formal education and international mobility played an essential role in the personal and professional development of adults in rural areas. During the implementation of the project, our organization demonstrated, through a team of competent trainers selected based on clear criteria, its ability to contribute to improving the quality of adult education and training, supporting them in their transition to the labor market.
