Through the implementation of the project, we aimed to improve the educational skills of staff, promote inclusion and sustainability, integrate digital education and strengthen international partnerships. We also wanted to create a positive impact on our community by disseminating good practices and improving the quality of our educational programs to better meet the needs of adults.
The STEM4RO Association, founded in 2022 in Slatina, South-West Oltenia, Romania, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the personal development of adults. Its goal is to integrate them into the community and modern society through initiatives that improve their digital, intercultural and active citizenship skills. The project aimed to strengthen these objectives by participating in international mobility and training, thus promoting a holistic and sustainable development.
