1. Cultivating and improving during the project by 15% the degree of proactivity and rapid reaction regarding environmentally responsible education among 20 ANBPR employees/volunteers 2. Equipping 20 ANBPR employees/volunteers with eco-skills and responsible behaviors towards nature, ecological resources and the environment, transferable to the community. 3.Transforming 20 ANBPR employees/volunteers into resource persons generating models of environmental activism and education
ANBPR collaborated with European organizations with experience in adult education, chosen based on thematic relevance, quality of courses and recognized expertise. The collaboration with ITC Czech Republic was continued, and for new mobilities, course providers such as: Europass Teacher Academy, PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPAIN ERASMUS PLUS(PMSE+), Euneos, Erasmus Courses Croatia and for Job Shadowing: Rette delle Reti (Italy), with whom ANBPR developed a joint strategic project.
