We intended to improve the degree of correlation between the IT market requirements with the digital skills of 16 Mathematics-Informatics students through internships in EU companies, to create a first working experience in the hotel industry for 14 HoReCa students and to reach the competences required by the SPP, to enrich the personal and cultural experiences, to form key and transversal skills for 30 pupils and the institutional development through pertnerships with EU organisations.
The SWOT analyses carried out at LTS highlighted the main needs in VET: there is no integrated approach to the practical training of the students to meet the current demands of the European labor market; the precarious endowment of the spaces intended for the practical training of tourism and catering students; the discrepancy between the IT syllabus for the mathematics-informatics profile and the actual employment requirements; the EU integration of LTS and the adoption of good practices.
