The first objective was to enrich and develop special competencies of teaching and evaluating for 14 students through practical activities done during 10 days in a new educational environment. The 2nd objective was to develop guiding competencies for 6 teachers who coordinate pedagogical students through job shadowing activities for 7 days, the 3rd was to raise awareness about environmental sustainability, and the 4th to integrate at least 4 vulnerable students in assistance activities abroad.
The obvious need of use of the digital methods while teaching and evaluating for both students and teachers was the main purpose of the project, so improving these abilities during practical activities done in a different environment , by different educators using new and more modern educational means, digital methods and a very interesting approach of teaching made this experience a very useful and rich one. We need to adapt our teaching style to this fast pace world, and technology is the key.
