Obtaining the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021-2027 has enabled the "Constantin Brancusi" University of Tg-Jiu (UCB-ROTARGU04) to organize mobility programs within the Erasmus+ program. UCB has organized study, placement, training, and teaching mobility programs based on contract 2023-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000113667, concluded with ANPCDEFP, for the period 01/06/2023-31/07/2025. UCB has adopted an open policy towards society and the media, focused on: respecting the principles of the Erasmus Charter, promoting non-discrimination and equal opportunities, improving the quality of education, and applying good practices. The university aims to develop academic skills, promote cultural diversity and inclusion, support research by attracting additional resources, expand its network of international partnerships, and facilitate the exchange of ideas. At the same time, UCB implements environmentally friendly policies, strengthens its international visibility through mobility, optimizes communication with partners through the use of digital platforms, and organizes promotional events and conferences on educational, cultural, and scientific topics. These efforts contribute to the implementation of projects and support the professional and personal development of participants.
