UMF IASI considers international experiences to be an essential factor in the personal and professional development of students, teaching staff, and administrative personnel. Thus, the university creates opportunities that favor the strengthening of personal and academic connections, stimulate individual growth, and promote the acquisition of intercultural and linguistic skills. The objectives of this project were: - To develop and strengthen academic partnerships between UMF and collaborating institutions. - To increase the number of beneficiaries/learners of international mobility programs with a view to training global citizens. - To increase the quality and attractiveness of the educational process through international mobility during study or practice, with equal, fair, and non-discriminatory access. - To streamline and improve the quality of support services offered before, during, and after mobility through communication with participants. - Supporting adaptability, openness to diversity, and increasing the self-confidence of beneficiaries - Stimulating the active participation of beneficiaries in the European space and involving beneficiaries in the EU space through participation in international mobility programs. - Strengthening the EHEA by establishing UMF Iasi as a partner in the fields of innovation, education, and research
