The mobility project implemented by our university over a period of 26 months followed the directions established by the European Commission, having as main objectives: - Supporting the mobility of students from all fields and study cycles (bachelor, master, doctorate). Students had the opportunity to study abroad at partner higher education institutions or to carry out traineeships in European companies and institutions. Long-term mobility was especially encouraged, but the project recognized the importance of making the physical mobility period more flexible, in order to ensure equitable access to the program, regardless of the socio-economic background, personal situation or field of study of each student. The project also included short-term mobilities for doctoral students, as well as the participation of students in BIP (Blended Intensive Programmes) programs organized by partner institutions. - Supporting the mobility of teaching and administrative staff, in order to participate in professional training activities abroad, as well as for carrying out teaching activities. These mobilities included both teaching periods and training periods, contributing to the development of professional skills and the strengthening of international cooperation between partner institutions.
