The excellent results obtained within the Erasmus program highlight the need to expand this program as much as possible. The inclusion of new types of mobility is very important and has generated a greater number of applicants. The Erasmus program has generated many changes internationally in terms of academic results obtained. The academic development of a university is supported by international cooperation activities. Teaching and staff training mobilities are a way to provide the opportunity to develop human resources through these international exchanges of experience. At international level there is a growing demand for mobility, but also for diversifying the existing offer by complementing it with new funding opportunities. The new program cycle offers many more possibilities by integrating the green component, intensive programs and short-term mobility. The increase in the range has generated a large number of mobilities. Even though there were some implementation difficulties generated by problems of rapid adaptation of universities, potential beneficiaries, technical elements that were not finalized, the new offer was very well received by potential beneficiaries. Through this project we aimed to both increase the number of mobilities and diversify them. These were well received by UBB beneficiaries considering the large number of beneficiaries for BIP, short, organized BIP programs, etc. The annual growth rate is impressive for both outgoing and incoming mobilities and intensive programs. The implementation of the project led to a considerable increase in the number of Erasmus mobilities at UBB level.
