Within George Bacovia University, the Erasmus+ mobilities have as their main purpose the facilitation of the exchange of educational, professional, and cultural experiences among participants from different European countries. Through the implementation of this mobility project, the following qualitative objectives were pursued: At the individual level: developing participants’ professional, academic, and linguistic skills; improving teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a multicultural environment; increasing employability and professional development opportunities; promoting intercultural learning and active citizenship; fostering social inclusion and diversity. At the institutional level: supporting the modernization and internationalization of institutions; improving cooperation and the exchange of best practices among participating countries. Regarding the quantitative objectives of the project, we received funding to carry out 3 SMS mobilities, 2 STA mobilities, and 3 STT mobilities. Additionally, we successfully organized 9 short-term mobilities for students within blended intensive programs, 2 STA mobilities, and 10 STT mobilities. The significantly higher number of STT mobilities compared to the initially allocated figure was made possible due to additional budget allocations obtained during the project implementation, namely €9,000 for STT mobilities and €1,000 for STA mobilities. The entire supplementary amount was fully utilized.
