The implementation of this project meant the continuation of Aurel Vlaicu University's participation in Erasmus+ program, through KA 131 action, focused on the mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff in EU countries, but also in non-EU countries, through the international outgoing mobility component. The main objective of the project was to increase the degree of internationalization of the institution, by: increasing the number of participants; increasing the visibility of our university in the European and non-European academic system; promoting the educational offer and research capacity of UAV in the European and non-European educational territory; developing collaborations with universities and companies abroad and the stability of new collaborations; knowing the opportunities offered by higher education institutions abroad and acquiring didactic and scientific know-how; exposing students and teaching staff to different teaching experiences and styles; supporting students in acquiring learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences), which will lead to their personal and professional development, to their involvement as active citizens and responsibility in society, and to increasing their chances of employment on the labor market; supporting the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff for innovation and improvement of the quality of the teaching process and of the activities carried out in the administrative offices of the institution.
