The project 2023-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000124114 was designed to strengthen international collaboration of Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, improve academic and professional skills, and promote intercultural exchange. Our institution aimed to increase participation in international mobility comparing to the previous project, expand the number of partnerships, and contribute to the internationalization of higher education. The key objectives were: • To provide students with opportunities for 20 mobilities for study and 14 traineeship mobility, enhancing their academic experience, employability, and personal growth. • To encourage 35 staff mobility – 16 for teaching and 19 for training, fostering knowledge transfer, pedagogical innovation, and institutional cooperation. • To organize 2 Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), combining physical and virtual learning environments to promote modern teaching and learning approaches. • To ensure effective organizational support, enabling smooth management of mobility activities and ensuring equal opportunities for all participants.
