Within the project 2023-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000125626 concluded with ANPCDEFP, the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) organized student, teaching and administrative staff mobilities, aiming to implement the internationalization strategy, which aims to expand inter-institutional partnerships with higher education institutions in the field, to exchange experiences within study and practice mobilities for students, as well as teaching and training for teaching and administrative staff, to identify and implement training and research projects for teaching and auxiliary teaching staff of common interest with partner institutions. At the same time, in this project we started implementing the Blended Intensive Programs (BIP), which were an extraordinary tool for students reluctant to participate in long-term mobilities. We managed, within this project, to successfully organize 8 out of the 10 contracted BIPs. The activities in this project help to better integrate the participating students into the labor market, thus their integration is better and the sustainability of the mobility results is achieved. At the same time, we carried out over 90 staff training and teaching mobilities, which boosted both cooperation and research projects between USAMV and partner universities. The contract aimed to achieve the foreseen mobilities, but also to increase them, so USAMV financially supported the implementation of 2 "zero grant" type mobilities. At the same time, USAMV continued to supplement the Erasmus grant intended for students with an internationalization scholarship of 2000 RON / month for students who completed mobility internships (study, placement or short-term) in order to facilitate an easier mobility for students. The main objective of USAMV regarding the realization of mobilities within this project was to create the opportunity for students to participate in courses and student life within prestigious partner universities in the European Union by exposing them to international work environments in which they can develop their creativity and acquire the attributes of a European citizen. At the same time, we promoted the BIPs, both among students and among teaching/auxiliary teaching staff.
