Objectives

The general objective of the project was to support, through all its actions, the educational, personal, and professional development of the participants involved in the project mobilities. The program had the following specific objectives: to promote student mobility for learning purposes, as well as the mobility of academic and non-academic teaching and administrative staff for their professional development; to intensify international cooperation; to increase the quality of research; to promote inclusion and equity, creativity and innovation at the level of UPG; and to ensure the continuous adaptation of the university’s internationalization strategy in line with education and training policies. Number of mobilities completed: 55, of which — 27 Student mobility for studies, 2 Student mobility for traineeships, 17 Staff mobility for training, 9 Staff mobility for teaching. Development of participants’ competencies — both students and teaching/administrative staff — through international mobility experiences, internships, exchange of good practices, and professional training. Strengthening international cooperation — enhancing partnerships with higher education institutions and relevant European or, where appropriate, international organizations, in order to create sustainable collaboration networks. Promoting the institution’s international dimension — increasing the institution’s visibility within the European academic community and developing an organizational culture focused on internationalization. Improving the quality of educational and administrative processes — through the implementation of good practices, digitalization, and exchange of experience in the management of mobilities and international projects. Overall, the project aimed to contribute to the professional and intercultural development of participants, to enhance the institution’s capacity to cooperate at both European and international levels, and to strengthen the institution’s position within the Erasmus+ strategy and the European agenda for higher education.
