Objectives

Within the framework of this project, we aimed to facilitate mobility opportunities for students and staff (from our university, as well as invited staff from enterprises), taking in consideration the increasing demand for mobilities. These are considered by participants to be viable opportunities to adapt to the professional, cultural, and social requirements of contemporary society. We planned to achieve 181 mobility activities and to organize 3 blended intensive programmes which were meant to contribute to consolidate the international cooperation of our university. The participation in Erasmus+ activities supports the development of skills and competencies of students and graduates, promoting inclusion and diversity within the academic community, and providing equal opportunities for all. The Erasmus+ Programme is perceived by participants as the only means to avoid exclusion and to feel supported throughout their educational and professional journeys. Accordingly, we facilitate their integration into the international professional circuit of the visual arts, aligning with values of environmental protection and social responsibility. Additionally, mobilities are essential for advancing the conceptual and artistic research of teaching staff, including promoting digital transformation in the educational and research processes. Mobilities for non-teaching staff supports the improvement of technical and administrative support activities, contributing to the sustainability and efficiency of processes. The blended intensive programmes, aligned with the priorities of the Programme, ensure coherence with objectives related to inclusion, environment, and digital transformation. Our goals include expanding partnership networks to offer diverse and accessible opportunities for all participants, optimizing communication means for efficient management of resources and activities, enhancing the quality of student and staff exchanges through a mentoring and supervision system, adapted to individual needs and inviting professionals from abroad to bring best practices and knowledge (including preparing student mobilities at the home organizations of invited staff from enterprises), thereby promoting sustainable innovation in education dedicated to contemporary arts.
