In line with the internationalization strategy, the project was successfully implemented, exceeding the initial objectives and delivering notable results. Not only did it fully utilize the available financial resources, but it also played a major role in expanding and diversifying international mobilities and academic partnerships, thus supporting the university’s development in a global context. 1. Development of international mobility: One of the most visible outcomes of the project was the consistent increase in the number of international mobilities for students, academic staff, and administrative staff. This evolution created broader opportunities for training, teaching, and professional growth, offering valuable experiences both personally and professionally. The steady growth in mobilities reflects the rising interest in international collaborations and confirms the effectiveness of the policies adopted at USVT. 2. Expansion of destinations and participant diversity: The mobilities covered a wide range of destinations, including both European countries and non-European regions, which led to an expanded collaboration network for USVT. The profile of participants also diversified, involving not only students and professors from traditional fields of study but also from emerging areas. The project provided both long-term mobilities and an increasing number of short-term experiences, tailored to the specific needs of participants. 3. More partner companies for internships: The project also had a strong impact on internship opportunities by expanding the number of partner companies and organizations. Students gained access to internships both abroad and in Romania, within prestigious institutions. The diversification of partnerships facilitated better integration of students into the labor market and helped them develop the practical skills needed for their careers. In addition, the varied environments in which they worked gave them the chance to become familiar with international standards in their fields of study. 4. Effects on learning and professional development: Participation in mobilities brought clear benefits to the educational process, from developing intercultural competencies to enhancing the quality of research and strengthening academic collaboration. Students gained practical experience, technical skills, and specialized knowledge while studying and conducting research at partner universities and institutions. Faculty members also benefited from new opportunities for training and professional development through teaching and training activities in international contexts. 5. Strengthening international partnerships: The project made it possible to both reinforce existing connections and establish new collaborations with universities, institutions, and companies from different countries. These partnerships supported the exchange of best practices, access to academic resources, and the promotion of innovation in education and research. As a result, USVT’s competitiveness at the international level has grown significantly. 6. Increased international visibility: Through the implementation of the Erasmus+ project, USVT significantly improved its visibility on the international academic scene. The university became more recognized among its partners and strengthened its academic reputation by actively participating in successful international projects. This recognition has opened new perspectives for future collaborations and initiatives. Overall, the project has demonstrated not only the effective implementation of the internationalization strategy but also USVT’s ability to respond to the demands of a globalized educational environment, preparing students and staff for international challenges while offering them real opportunities for professional and personal growth.
