The implementation of the Erasmus+ project represented a strategic priority for Spiru Haret University, in line with the institution’s internationalisation objectives. In recent years, the University has undergone structural changes affecting both study programmes and the capacity to organise mobilities, which required adapting the project’s objectives to the new conditions. A particular emphasis was placed on integrating the digital dimension into the University’s activity. Through projects funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), such as USH Digital and DigiFormPedagog, the institution benefited from upgraded software and hardware infrastructure, as well as training programmes for academic staff in digital skills. At the same time, through initiatives such as Wallachia eHUB (WEH), the University supported the digitalisation process in the business environment and local administration. Within this context, the Erasmus+ KA131 project aimed to ensure a balanced number of mobilities adapted to the current academic structure, to strengthen existing institutional partnerships and to develop new collaborations. At the same time, a qualitative objective was to encourage teaching staff to participate in mobilities that contribute not only to internationalisation but also to the acquisition and application of digital competences relevant to teaching and research activities.
