The project “Mobility of Individuals in Higher Education”, within the Erasmus+ Programme, was developed, implemented, and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the institutional agreement concluded between IULS and ANPCDEFP, taking into account the university’s strategy for internationalization as a major path in promoting European-level higher education, aimed at ensuring the development of a high-performing, knowledge-based society, as stated in the University Charter, the Erasmus Charter, and the European Policy Statement. The project had the following objectives: * increasing the number of partner institutions * increasing the number of outbound students * increasing the number of inbound students * participation in mobilities by teaching staff, technical staff, and administrative staff * establishing and observing the most objective possible criteria for the selection of participants in mobilities * ensuring greater visibility of the Erasmus+ Department’s activities for more efficient information and communication with mobility participants * providing favorable conditions for the integration of inbound students into the university’s academic and socio-cultural environment.
