Objectives

The project was directly aligned with the strategic objectives outlined in our Erasmus+ Accreditation, and each implemented activity contributed to the development of competences among participants and the quality of youth work. Objective 1: Acquisition of new soft skills, digital and technological competences Across all activities, participants improved transversal competences such as emotional intelligence, creativity, resilience, and leadership. In CraftArt, youth workers explored tools of emotional education through craft, movement, and visual expression, increasing their ability to use creative methods in youth work. In the ELF Training Course, participants developed initiative, facilitation, and public engagement competences by co-creating and delivering workshops to over 200 people. Job shadowing mobilities offered youth workers the opportunity to observe and practice digital tools and emotional facilitation methods, enhancing their learning strategies and innovation in project delivery. Objective 2: Promotion and support of inclusive attitudes In S.E.E.D. More Life, young people with fewer opportunities participated in an immersive experience that was adapted to their emotional and social needs, fostering belonging and self-confidence. During Active Civic Engagement, participants with diverse civic experiences had the space to explore democracy and social action tools. Group reflection, mentoring, and emotional safety practices were used throughout to support their engagement. Objective 3: Encouragement of sustainability and environmental responsibility The S.E.E.D. Youth Exchange was designed around ecological awareness, with workshops on permaculture, herbalism, and natural living practices. All activities prioritised local food, waste reduction, digital resources instead of printed materials, and venue choices that supported low-impact lifestyles (e.g. rural/nature-based settings in Halos). Objective 4: Raising awareness and participation in European mobilities among youth The project actively targeted youth with fewer opportunities and first-time participants in Erasmus+ activities. Pre-departure meetings and post-activity follow-up helped them get in touch with European programmes. Many participants expressed a strong intention to remain engaged in youth mobility and several are already applying for new projects, or returning as group leaders. Objective 5: Strengthening cooperation at local, regional, national, and international levels The Partnership Building Activity (Spain) and two Job Shadowings (Brașov) facilitated peer exchange and the development of shared practices among partner organisations. Collaborative facilitation in the ELF TC contributed to stronger partnerships and project continuity. Overall, the project succeeded in reaching and often exceeding the planned objectives, by offering rich learning environments, inclusive spaces, and collaborative frameworks that enhanced both individual competences and organisational capacity.
