Project no.2023-1-RO01-KA151-YOU-000124523 implemented in 01.06.2023 – 31.08.2024 is the second project that was carried out on the basis of Erasmus+ Youth accreditation 2020-1-RO01-KA150-YOU-095921. Within the project, 3 activities were carried out: 2 youth exchanges (ACDI and CIVC) and 1 professional training activity (DigiO). It focused on increasing the quality of the current activities of the organizations involved, addressed to young people, especially youth with fewer opportunities, in order to strengthen the personal and professional development of young people and youth workers, through non-formal and informal learning mobility activities. At the center of the project's actions was the promotion of diversity, the stimulation of social inclusion, the fight against discrimination and the discovery of new work strategies, good practices, tools and new work methods in the digitalization field. General objectives (Activity=A; Objective=O): O1(A1,A3) Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 3 organizations, of which 1 is a new one, by participating in all project activities until 31.08. 2024. O2(A1) Promoting the inclusion and diversity of at least 50 young people (at least 50% with fewer ops) from at least 3 organizations, through non-formal and informal activities to fight against discrimination, stereotypes, social exclusion, awareness/information, involvement, connection, employment and accountability, after participating in all project activities, until 31.08. 2024. O2(A3) Promoting the inclusion and diversity of at least 30 young people (50% with fewer ops) from at least 3 organizations, through non-formal and informal activities to fight against discrimination, stereotypes, social exclusion, awareness/information, involvement, connection, employment and accountability, in order to participate in democratic, social, civic, intercultural and inclusive life, until 31.08.2024. O3(A1, A3) Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving existing ones for other young people from the community (min 75) through 5 actions in the form of project-specific practical activities (workshops, awareness campaigns, information, exhibitions, viewings) facilitated directly by young participants until 31.08. 2024 O1(A2) Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 10 organizations, of which 2 are new, the professionalization of youth workers through European mobility, the identification and development of diversified, modern and innovative work strategies adapted to the needs of young people in the community with an emphasis young people with reduced rates until 31.08. 2024. O2(A2) Initiating/expanding / perfecting professional skills and/or exchanging good practices in working with young people, especially with reduced ops, of at least 40 youth workers from at least 10 organizations, by participating in 1 seminar in the field of digitization until 31.08. 2024. O3(A2) Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving the existing ones for at least 120 young people (50% fewer op). from the community, by holding after mobility at least 2 workshops, seminars carried out by youth workers until 31.08. 2024. Specific objectives: ACDI A1.O2.1.Stimulating the social inclusion of 45 young people, by participating in some informal social events, throughout the project with an emphasis on mobility, with film (cinematic art) as a means of expression. A1.O2.2.Promoting diversity, combating discrimination and expanding the cultural horizon of 45 young participants by immersing them during mobility in an intercultural, non-formal environment. A1.O2.3.Supporting the artistic manifestation of 45 young people through cinematographic art, making a video with the theme of inclusion, diversity and non-discrimination. DigiO A2.O2.2.Identifying some digital and inclusive techniques, methods, tools, useful in working with young people, especially with fewer opportunities, through the exchange of good practices and the exchange of ideas between several organizations from European countries; A2.O3.1.Involvement, empowerment and connection of at least 120 young people with more opportunities by participating in at least 2 thematic workshops, in which techniques, methods and tools created during the seminar are applied. CIVIC A3.O2.1.Information and theoretical understanding of the concepts of inclusion, civic and social involvement, the rights and duties of young people as citizens, in order to improve the civic and social skills of young people from 3 international organizations; A3.O2.2.The translation of theoretical concepts into practice, through the proactive involvement of young people in the development of a civic action, at the level of their own community, starting from the simulation of mobility activities; A3.O2.3.Social inclusion by supporting the participation in all project activities of fewer op. youth.
