During the first year of accreditation, AIS implemented, as planned in the Accreditation activities, a number of 2 activities/mobilities (A1 and A2), as follows: 1. InnoVenture: You(th) in Business: A1 - YE held during 09-19.11.2023 in Predeal at the Holiday Panoramic Complex with the involvement of 55 participants from 7 partner countries. The goal of activity A1 was to develop entrepreneurial spirit and increase the level of skills, knowledge, and attitudes in the field of entrepreneurship for young people under the guidance of group leaders from participating countries for a 9-day youth exchange. Moreover, through specific objectives and proposed activities, we aimed and managed to stimulate initiative and entrepreneurship among young people and, also, to meet their needs regarding the development of the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to undertake entrepreneurial activities. 2. InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market: A2 - youth exchange held during 06-16.06.2024 in Predeal at the Holiday Panoramic Complex with the involvement of 56 participants from 9 partner countries. The goal of activity A2 was to increase the level of attitudes, knowledge, and skills to become active on the labour market for participants aged 18-30 and group leaders (without age limit) from the participating countries, during the 9-day youth exchange; they met to exchange experiences, learn, and focus on finding solutions to include young people in the labour market. Thus, through the structure and curriculum of the implemented non-formal activities, through the active involvement of participants, through close communication between partners, and through continuous monitoring and evaluation activities, we believe that we have succeeded in achieving the expected objectives for A1 and A2 and implicitly the Key Objectives assumed through accreditation. Through the 2 activities of this project, we managed to: • Increase the level of awareness of participants regarding the need for entrepreneurship development in the context of economic recovery in European society by using non-formal techniques and methods. • Develop the level of knowledge and key competences in the field of entrepreneurship for those who participated in the project, based on intercultural dialogue, cultural exchange, and diversity, to be adaptable to the European labour market during the project period. • Encourage and develop solidarity and tolerance among young participants to facilitate social cohesion at the European Union level through cultural exchanges, inclusion, and diversity based on non-discriminatory, non-formal activities during the project implementation. • Increase awareness among participants about the importance of the labour market for young people and their role in shaping the future European society. • Support young people to acquire/develop attitudes, skills, and knowledge aimed at personal and professional development to be adaptable to the European labour market. • Provide participants with motivation, information, and adequate space to exchange ideas, thoughts, and strategies that can determine them to become more productive members of their communities by increasing employability and improving career prospects for young people. • Develop the capacity of the host organization and partner organizations to implement activities with and for young people. • Increase the visibility and promote the organizations involved in this project. • Develop young people with fewer opportunities by offering the possibility to participate in alternative learning activities. • Develop and maintain the strategic partnership signed between the partners of this youth exchange.
