The Training Challenge Contact on Inclusive Teaching Methods is being conducted to address the need for effective strategies in teaching subjects to people with disabilities, specifically for youth workers. Our team at the ASCHF organization in Romania has expressed a strong need for further training and opportunities to enhance their professional skills. Many of our workers have indicated that they have had limited access to such opportunities in the past and feel that their knowledge and skills in this area could be greatly improved. During discussions, our workers emphasized the importance of learning from other organizations and youth workers who are already working with people with disabilities. They expressed a keen interest in gaining new and innovative ideas to enhance the services we provide. Given these needs, they requested the implementation of a project that would allow them to share experiences with other partners and learn from their practices. They believe that by participating in training focused on inclusive teaching methods, they will be better equipped to create inclusive learning environments for people with disabilities, thereby improving their overall performance in daily tasks. The needs expressed by partners from various countries are as follows: Ukraine: Partners in Ukraine also expressed a need for training on inclusive teaching methods, particularly in creating inclusive learning environments for people with disabilities. They believe that learning from other organizations and youth workers with experience in this field can significantly improve their practices and outcomes for their learners. They believe that by engaging in a training seminar on inclusive teaching methods, they can acquire practical and innovative methods for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for all learners, including those with disabilities. Bulgaria: Partners in Bulgaria emphasized the need for better access to training opportunities for youth workers dealing with people with disabilities. They believe that through participation in a training seminar on inclusive teaching methods, they can enhance their knowledge and skills, leading to better outcomes for their learners.
