Through the implementation of this Erasmus+ project, we aimed to increase the awareness and skills of young workers and local communities in the field of sustainable ecological practices. The main objectives of the project were: Education and awareness: To provide youth workers with the necessary knowledge to understand and address current environmental issues, emphasizing the importance of environmental sustainability and conservation. Skill development: To improve participants' skills to implement green practices in their daily and professional activities, as well as to promote these practices in their communities. Community engagement: To stimulate the involvement of young people in local sustainability initiatives, creating a network of support and collaboration for ecological projects. Innovation and exchange: To introduce innovative and non-formal education methods that facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices between participants from different regions. These goals were designed to build a solid foundation for youth leaders, empowering them to act as multipliers of positive environmental change, and inspire even more young people to adopt environmentally responsible lifestyles.
