”Stronger Together” was a training course for 28 participants from five Partner countries: Romania, Lithuania, Poland, Spain and Italy. Its main goals were to: make the mechanisms of building up a group well understood and exercised, practice how to support the group members to develop trust in each other, to solve problems in teams, get trained and learn how to train communication to and within a group, how to react in conflict situations, the process to make the group an inclusive, safe and resulting creative environment, how and why to keep the team motivated short and long term and how to collaborate towards commonly agreed objectives. Working together with our Partners and our enthusiastic participants, we managed to achieve the main objectives of the project : 1. Participants would develop knowledge and practical abilities about group dynamics, including stages of group development, conflict management, communication and motivation; 2. Participants would be able to apply min. 10 non-formal education methods for: ice-breaking, team-building, trust-building, conflict resolution, collaboration; 3. Participants would acknowledge how to prevent discrimination in their teams and to create an inclusive learning and working environment; 4. Participants would be more mindful about the teams they work with and more motivated to take the lead in implementing non- formal methods supporting the team on their stage of development and needs.
