The goal of our project is to increase the involvement and participation of young people in the decision-making process in Reșita. The objectives of our project are: 1. Increasing the knowledge and skills of 35 young people regarding participation and involvement in the local decision-making process during the project. 2. Increasing the interest and understanding of 35 young people from Resisi regarding participation in the local decision-making process during the project. 3. Increasing by at least 2 (the local development strategy and the youth strategy of the city of Reșița) the number of local and regional planning or development policy documents that also include the needs of young people from Reșița during the project. 4. The capacity of the youth sector (8 student councils, 3 youth centers and 4 youth and social NGOs) in Reșita during the implementation of the project.
