By implementing the project, our institution aimed to improve the quality of education and international experience for students and staff. The main objective was to promote international mobility by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and good practices between partner institutions, supporting the development of participants’ professional and personal skills. The activities carried out focused on the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Institutional Development and the Internationalization Strategy, with an emphasis on strengthening existing partnerships and expanding collaboration with military and civilian universities abroad. The goal was to improve the quality of the educational process, adopt innovative methods, and implement useful best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment. At the same time, the project integrated the priorities of the Erasmus+ Program, namely promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, diversity, and equity, developing digital skills, supporting environmental protection initiatives, and raising awareness of European values.
