Background

The needs that underpinned the project were: ** Research and surveys conducted at the level of the institutions involved showed that ecological education is insufficiently integrated into educational activity, and parents are often indifferent to these aspects, so the need for educational activities about ecology in schools was real; ** The need for students to spend more and more time outdoors and less time on electronic devices; ** The need to reconnect with nature through traditional games; ** The need to use street games as an educational method to bring multiple benefits: social, physical and ecological development, creating a pleasant and participatory environment for learning; ** The need for the active involvement of students and teachers in the ecological awareness process and for teachers to receive support and training to integrate these topics into educational activity; ** The need for international collaboration and exchange of good practices; **The need to be aware that environmental problems are global, and that international collaboration between students should provide opportunities to learn from shared experiences, promote cultural diversity, and find solutions through joint activities.
