1) Develop and strengthen the personal and social skills of the 26 participating youths with fewer opportunities, fostering social integration and active citizenship. 2) Enhance the professional skills and competencies of the 4 key staff leaders and youth workers from both participating countries in the field of non-formal inclusive education. 3) Facilitate the exchange of good practices and methodologies between the partnering organizations, ASCIS (Romania) and Stowarzyszenie "Witaj w Moim Świecie" (Poland), in the field of non-formal inclusive education. 4) Create a comprehensive resource in the form of a mobile app that features at least 100 non-formal education methods, aimed at supporting youth workers, educators, and young people in their development and learning. 5) Address digital transformation by incorporating digital tools and resources into the project, such as the mobile app, shared Drive, and communication through the mutual group
We applied for the project "Non-formal Inclusive Methods - Let's Try Them All!" to address the pressing needs of young people facing fewer opportunities due to economic, social, geographical, or cultural obstacles. The project aimed to foster social integration, promote active citizenship, and enhance the personal and social skills of these youths. Additionally, we sought to strengthen the professional competencies of youth workers in non-formal education methods and to facilitate the exchange of best practices between the partner organizations. By creating a mobile app featuring 100 non-formal education methods, we addressed the need for accessible and innovative tools to support youth development, promote inclusion and diversity, and encourage the use of digital resources in education.
