Our objective was to improve the integration of ICT and web tools into teaching and to boost engagement among participants during training and we succeeded.
The team of RRA Bačka has a lot of experience in training adults, but even with a lot of experience, constant improvement of skills and knowledge is necessary. This project allowed us to keep up with new tools that make learning and teaching more attractive. Attending the course has enormously contributed to the maintenance of new teaching methods, based on which employees learned how to transfer knowledge through new tools, making their presentations more engaging.
