We wanted to achieve several things, to equip our colleagues to work with adult learners in a digital environment, to learn and improve existing knowledge that we had opportunity to gain over the years, to introduce to our attendees modern, non traditional approach in teaching, that will be more effective and interesting, with better results from our attendees given the improvement of teaching process through digitalization, modern approaches, techniques and methods.
The essence of this project is ambiguous in the sense that we want to achieve several things, to modernize the teaching process, make it more receptive for our attendees, to keep pace with modern methods and principles through the introduction of digitalization and internet platforms and applications into teaching process, but also to learn and develop together with our attendees in that process. In that sense we are leveling up our adult education as a whole.
