Through the realization, we wanted to improve the English language competences and to strengthen and improve the professional competences of our students. We wanted our students to be equipped with the soft skills they need for the job market. We wanted to strengthen our management for the implementation of spiritual education. We wanted to provide teachers with an opportunity for professional development in English in a different educational environment.
We applied for the project in order to improve the professional competences and develop the soft skills of all students, especially in inclusion, which are necessary for competitiveness on the labor market. We are the only high school in the municipality, our majors are unattractive because the need for them in the market has decreased. We need to introduce modern methods and educational technology, internationalize the institution and implement a dual education model based on European models.
