The main goal is the acquisition of practical knowledge and skills of students on mobility and familiarization with the application of intelligent systems and a working environment aligned with the needs of the labor market. Internationalization of students will contribute to empowerment, preparation for work and prevention of early school leaving. Attending training for the development of skills for the 21st century is an opportunity for teachers to improve their teaching practice.
The project arose from the need of students to develop practical skills that are necessary today in the production of smart systems and that are in accordance with the needs of the labor market. Also, a lot of the students don't have international experience and opportunities to travel abroad. Vocational subject teachers still apply traditional teaching methods and there is a need to develop teacher competencies to apply student teaching methods that develop skills for the 21st century.
