University of Novi Sad (UNS) wanted to achieve: increased academic mobility, development of partnerships, capacity building of its services, strategic orientation of internationalisation and strengthening of its integrative function. UNS Internationalisation Strategy states that participation in EU mobility programs is one of UNS priorities. Project implementation is the embodiment of this objective. UNS planned the mobilities in the budget to have direct benefit to mobility participants. As a comprehensive university of 50,000 students, 5,000 staff, UNS kept and built Erasmus+ partnerships to provide mobility opportunities. The increased scope of mobility encouraged advancement of internal services, procedures, and integrative function. UNS regularly updated its regulations and fine-tuned the coordination structures for all its members. Since this was the third KA131 project, which put great emphasis on inclusion, green practices and digitalisation, UNS worked on building competences of its staff to put these aspects in the forefront and introduce them to the academic community of students and staff. UNS was able to accomplish project results despite incredibly unfavorable circumstances of student blockades from December 2024 until the end of the project.
