Implementing this KA131 project is a key strategic activity for Educons University, aligned with our internationalisation and human resource development strategies. The project aimed to strengthen the personal and professional development of both students and staff through mobility activities, while enhancing Educons’ international profile. Short-term objectives included improving participants’ academic, professional, and intercultural skills, while long-term objectives focused on reinforcing institutional capacity for international cooperation and enhancing the university’s visibility and reputation. This project enabled the establishment of new partnerships in one of the favourite Erasmus destinations - Slovenia (University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Studies) and the strengthening of ongoing collaborations (Fatih Sultan Mehmet University, Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education). The mobility activities enabled students to enhance their academic, professional, intercultural, and language competencies. Staff mobility enabled teaching and administrative personnel to enhance their professional skills, gain exposure to innovative practices, and expand their international networks. The collaboration with both experienced and new partner universities fostered the exchange of good practices, laying a foundation for future joint initiatives and project proposals, including those under Horizon Europe. Overall, the project significantly contributes to Educons University’s long-term strategic goals of internationalisation, quality enhancement, and the creation of a modern, connected academic environment. The project was implemented with high efficiency, ensuring full utilization of the Erasmus+ grant and demonstrating effective project management and coordination.
