The primary goal of participation in this project is to strengthen the educational, scientific, research and professional capacities, in terms of knowledge, skills and contacts, of students and employees of Novi Sad Business School (NSBS), all in order to be competitive on the European market tomorrow. The goal of the project is also to develop and improve the study programs of Novi Sad Business School (NSBS) in accordance with European standards and the latest achievements in teaching and science, through the cultivation of European identity. In other words, the project aims to achieve the implementation of the internationalization strategy of Novi Sad Business School (NSBS). The project also aims to improve, expand and establish cooperation between Novi Sad Business School (NSBS) with other higher education institutions, business organizations and international scientific and professional organizations in the region and Europe. The above objectives are achieved by ensuring that mobility participants transfer and promote their experiences, knowledge and skills acquired during mobility.
