Visoka tehnicka skola strukovnih studija Subotica (further referred to by its English name, Subotica Tech – College of Applied Sciences) implemented this project to provide mobility opportunities for students and staff, in line with its internationalization strategy. The primary goal in terms of student mobilities was to ensure that they would gain international study experience and expand their overall academic, professional, and social skill set. This was achieved through using the allotted outgoing mobility grants as well as welcoming incoming mobile students for study mobility. In terms of staff mobility for teaching, the aim was to broaden the field of cooperation of our institution based not exclusively on professional topics, but in reference to our unique bilingual educational structure and close Balkan ties. The underlying aim in the selection of staff mobility destinations was exchange of experience in teaching engineering not only two official languages, but also in English as part of a drive to enhance our Erasmus incoming participant base. The mobilities contribute to increased internationalization at the home as well as host institution.
