Our primary aim in implementing this project was to strengthen our institution’s integration within the European Higher Education community. By fostering collaboration and building sustainable partnerships with universities across Europe, we sought to create opportunities for meaningful exchange of knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches in both teaching and institutional management. The project also aimed to enhance the professional and personal development of our staff, particularly in improving teaching methodologies, communication, and foreign language competencies. Equally important was gaining insights into the perspectives of European students regarding the future of the profession, the relevance of different educational profiles, and employability trends. Furthermore, we considered the establishment of networks with European academics as a valuable foundation for co-organizing international conferences and for laying the groundwork for future joint initiatives.
