The needs of youth workers participating in this project have been met through the exchange of direct experiences, good practices and innovative methods in the areas of entrepreneurship and competencies for modern times, career guidance, as well as social skills. This project has provided to youth workers the opportunity to learn and develop new skills and strategies to help young people prepare for a modern labour market better. In addition, youth workers gained knowledge and resources necessary for better help to young people in their career research and be better equipped to support areas such as career development and social skills. Finally, the exchange of direct experience, good practice and innovative methods helped youth workers to be informed about the latest trends in the field of youth work and employment. We expect that this project will help improve the knowledge and skills of young people in terms of entrepreneurship, competencies for modern times, career guidance and job directions, as well as social skills. We hope that through this project will create a network of youth workers that can find solutions to challenges faced in the modern world. After all, we expect this project to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people, allowing them to achieve their full potential and their goals. As organizations working with young people, continuous education and personal and professional development is an imperative. We are constantly looking for new tools, communication platforms and channels, and methodologies to access and be able to work with this new young generation. For this reason, and as supporters of lifelong learning, we are continuously working to build our competencies for its own professional development, but also young people we work with. By participating in this project, we have: improved our competencies, which will respond to young people needs and help them grow in a system that will allow them to strengthen self-confidence and recognize their motivation, for career planning and development, soft skills, and social skills, as well as business competencies and entrepreneurial skills, especially social entrepreneurship.
