Jönköping University´s (JU) commitment to the Erasmus+ Programme continues to deepen each year, enabling us to elevate the quality and efficiency of the services we offer to students, staff, and partner institutions. The Programme closely reflects the institution´s strategic vision and values, as it is a relevant source for global collaborations across institutions and organisations and for intercultural exchange. In JU’s mission and vision, internationalisation and collaboration are highlighted as two key driving forces for development and profiling. Internationalisation promotes quality and includes efforts to strengthen JU’s role as a significant institution on the international stage, while also preparing staff and students to contribute to an increasingly global society. For JU, internationalisation means integrating international, intercultural, and global perspectives at all levels and in all relevant activities, including teaching, research, and community engagement. Through Erasmus+, both students and staff gain access to enriching experiences—whether on campus or abroad—that promote mutual learning and foster long-term partnerships. Here is a short list of the main initiatives undertaken during this project period: - Improved our dedication and services towards incoming and outgoing students, for example, during the introduction week for incoming students and after completing studies abroad for outgoing students - Improved JU´s engagement in our European alliance, EULiST, through an improved internal structure, clearer and enhanced communication across departments and internal key stakeholders. All these factors have improved our ability to contribute to the alliance's shared goals. - Several initiatives towards inclusive mobilities - Continued our work towards improved Erasmus+ processes and routines
