The project aimed to strengthen digital skills and competences to combat exclusion and adapt to the digitalisation of everyday life. We focused on the inclusion of personal and social well-being, motivation and capabilities of learners in the use of digital tools. The project promoted safe, confidential and person-centred planning of the learning process by gradually using different digital tools and bridging the digital divide between participants and learners.
The DIGI COM IN project addresses the challenge of digitization in working with vulnerable groups, which changes the organization and nature of work, learning, training and counseling. OZARA d.o.o. as a disability company, supports social inclusion, employment and training of disabled people and aims to reduce the digital divide. It includes people with different levels of work ability, coming from different educational backgrounds and opportunities for social inclusion.
