With the project, we started to develop a modern, inclusive and online Self-directed Learning Centre (SDLC), which enables learners in our organization to learn independently with the support of professionally qualified mentors. With the project, we wanted to equip mentors with new competencies in the field of digital advisory support, transfer innovative work methods to the operation of the SDLC and, as a result, empower people with fewer opportunities for digital and sustainable integration.
We are a public institution for adult education, whose activity covers all fundamental areas of education as well as the field of educational consultancy. A large proportion of our participants are individuals from various vulnerable groups - people with lower education and fewer opportunities. In order to successfully adapt to learners, we regularly train our employees to work with different target groups and also update and develop educational programmes and materials for them.
