Through mobility, we aimed to acquire new knowledge for employees to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage the development of social and emotional skills among "learning parents with fewer opportunities." We sought to incorporate the acquired professional insights into existing programs and develop new educational content tailored to parents with fewer opportunities. We aimed to test the new programs in practice through the experimental implementation of activities and content for parents.
In line with our long-term vision, we aimed to enhance existing programs and develop additional therapeutic and psychosocial support initiatives. These programs are designed to help parents with fewer opportunities improve their parenting skills, increase self-initiative, practice more conscious parenting, boost confidence in addressing parenting challenges, foster greater acceptance of diversity, expand intercultural awareness, and encourage more active involvement in the local community.
