The project had three main objectives: to improve the English language skills of the participants (50+), to develop adult educators' knowledge of modern teaching methods, and to develop guidelines for upgrading language programmes to improve the participation of older people in lifelong learning.
Ljudska univerza Ajdovščina is facing the challenge of increasing the participation of older people in language programmes and the urgent need for professional development of adult educators. The Erasmus+ project has enabled the improvement of the language competences of the participants and the implementation of modern teaching methods, which contributes to a higher quality of the educational programmes.
