We see mobility abroad as an added value, giving students a broader view of the world, exchanging good practice and improving their job prospects, and for many students it was the only chance they had to visit a foreign country. We've focused on engaging students with fewer opportunities in order to reduce social inequalities. The project promotes the development of innovative learning environments, flexible learning methods, the development of digital skills and competitiveness in the labour market.
Our region is characterised by economic underdevelopment, unemployment, geographical fragmentation and limited opportunities for young people. This encourages us to find solutions abroad to acquire new skills and experiences that can be transferred to the local environment.Compulsory work placements are key to gaining experience and developing professional competences.Mobility allows our students to gain further intercultural experience, improve their language skills and be innovative.
