Through work experience in foreign companies, our goal is to improve key vocational skills and competences in students' professional education, enhance their language skills and encourage the use of foreign languages, strengthen digital literacy and promote the use of digital tools. We also aimed to foster inclusion, overcome barriers and cultural differences, support the development of intercultural competences and upgrading our school's eco-club and promoting environmental awareness.
Our school offers lower vocational, secondary vocational, secondary technical, vocational-technical, and general secondary education. We included students from vocational and technical programs. In these programs, we face a high dropout rate due to a lack of motivation. Many students come from lower socio-economic backgrounds, are immigrants, or have special needs. By providing them with international work experience, we help make these students more attractive to the labor market.
