We wanted to improve the motivation to learn with the aim of completing schooling. Participating in the project enabled the students to acquire new knowledge and skills, to experience communication in the business world in a foreign language, and also enabled this kind of experience for students with fewer opportunities, i.e. the inclusion of students who struggle with various social, health, learning challenges in their lives, and would not have participated in such projects without EU funding.
We gave the students the experience of internship abroad. The activities were attended by students of computer science, technical gymnasium, mechanical technician and PTI mechanical technician programs. They practiced in Malta, in Essen, Germany and in Bologna, Italy. The students got practical training, acquired digital competence, communicated in a foreign language, and above all improved their social skills both by staying in groups with students from the school and taking care of themselves.
