The project aims to develop digital competences, improve communication skills in English and strengthen teamwork. During the mobility, students will gain experience in companies, which will strengthen their professional skills and flexibility. They will also learn about cultural diversity, which will increase their ability to work in multicultural environments and better prepare them for the labour market.
The Novo mesto School of Economics offers courses for economics and media technicians . This project aims to increase students' international experience and develop digital competences. We are working with Spanish companies where students will gain practical experience using modern digital tools. The aim is to improve language, teamwork and intercultural competences to better prepare students for the labour market.
