Erasmus+ mobility projects are implemented in line with the general objectives of the programme and the Internationalisation Strategy of DOBA Faculty. In the academic year 2023, we planned 5 mobilities: 3 student traineeships, 1 staff training, and 1 teaching mobility. All planned mobilities were carried out, with the exception that the funds initially intended for staff training were reallocated to teaching mobility. Our objectives were: successful implementation of approved mobilities (with appropriate recognition of activities after completion), enhancement of competences and knowledge of mobility participants, motivation and support for students with fewer opportunities to take part in mobility, promotion of green mobility, networking with institutions offering online study, transfer of knowledge to other students and staff, promotion of the benefits of international experience, establishing new international contacts, agreements for cooperation in international and virtual mobility projects, increasing the visibility of DOBA Faculty, signing of new agreements, and strengthening of existing partnerships with international institutions. The objectives were achieved. For monitoring the results, we have predefined indicators related to participant satisfaction, competences acquired, and promotional and dissemination outputs. Results and impacts are assessed through interviews, surveys, blogs, and reports.
