Objectives

FIS aimed to use this project as a way to deepen its participation in the Erasmus+ programme and to strengthen its visibility in an international environment. Through the project, the faculty intended to foster stronger links between higher education and the labour market and, at the same time, to enhance the overall quality of study programmes. Erasmus+ was also seen as a valuable opportunity for a smaller faculty like ours to diversify academic cooperation, provide more flexible study paths, and broaden the professional horizons of both students and staff. The project was designed to widen the circle of partner institutions abroad, create new opportunities for research collaboration, and encourage the transfer of innovative practices and ideas. By doing so, the faculty could integrate new teaching approaches into its courses, enrich the research process, and promote creativity and professional growth. In addition, the project supported the development of language competences, encouraged intercultural awareness, and raised motivation and satisfaction among participants. It also contributed to presenting the faculty as an active and recognisable institution within the European higher education area.
