The International School of Social and Business Studies, in implementing mobility projects, follows the long-term vision of becoming an internationally recognized, academically excellent, and socially responsible higher education institution. In this context, the internationalization strategy focuses on expanding globally-based education and research, integrating foreign higher education teachers and students into the faculty's educational and research activities, and transferring the knowledge and expertise of foreign professionals to ISSBS Slovenia, and the Savinja region. It also emphasizes strengthening interdisciplinarity in education and developing a network of international higher education institutions to promote research and development activities while enhancing ISSBS’s global presence. The key objectives of the mobility project are to provide international experiences to non-mobile students, encourage the exchange of knowledge and research experience between visiting and local teachers, facilitate the further development of the educational activities of both institutions, and strengthen their integration into the international environment and collaboration with foreign partner institutions. Additionally, the project aims to give faculty members and staff access to interdisciplinary international knowledge.
